SECTION 23-4.7-2

   § 23-4.7-2  Informed written consentrequired. – In order to insure that a woman's consent to abortion is truly informedconsent, an abortion shall be performed only after the woman has given herconsent, in writing, in a form satisfying the provisions of § 23-4.7-5.
