SECTION 23-5.1-3

   § 23-5.1-3  Penalty for misrepresentation.– Any person who willfully and knowingly falsifies an identification ordeliberately misrepresents an illness that causes blackouts, unconsciousness,or semi-conscious periods as described in § 23-5.1-1 shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not morethan five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for not more than one year,or both.
