SECTION 23-59-17
§ 23-59-17 Penalties. – Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter,or any rule, regulation, or order issued under this chapter, shall be subjectto payment of a fine in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
