SECTION 23-59-4

   § 23-59-4  Availability of disclosurestatement to prospective residents. – At least three (3) days prior to the execution of a continuing care contract orthe transfer of any money or other property to a provider by or on behalf of aprospective resident, whichever first occurs, the provider shall deliver to theperson with whom the contract is to be entered into a copy of a disclosurestatement with respect to the facility in question meeting all requirements ofthis chapter as of the date of its delivery.
