§ 23-6.1-3 Criteria and requirements ofprogram. – The American Heart Association, Rhode Island Affiliate, Inc., shall submit therequirements and criteria for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) trainingprogram to the department of elementary and secondary education for approval.
