SECTION 23-6.1-4

   § 23-6.1-4  Promulgation of guidelines.– The department of elementary and secondary education shall promulgate programguidelines and take any other actions that will promote the full implementationof all provisions of this chapter. A copy of the program guidelines issued bythe department shall be sent to all participating high schools in the state.
