   § 23-6.3-6  Due process – Right tobring suit. – Nothing in §§ 23-6.3-1 to 23-6.3-16 shall be construed to limit ordeprive any person of his or her right to due process of law, or to bar anaction of relief and/or damages before a court of competent jurisdiction.
