SECTION 23-6-4

   § 23-6-4  Employment of physicians forvaccinations. – The city or town councils shall contract with and provide a suitable number ofphysicians to vaccinate as provided in § 23-6-3 and order the city or towntreasurers of the several cities or towns respectively to pay them thecompensation that may be previously agreed upon; and the physicians shall givedue and reasonable notice of the time and place of meeting for the purpose ofvaccination.
