SECTION 23-6-7

   § 23-6-7  Investigation and suppression ofpoliomyelitis. – The department of health is authorized and directed to investigate anyconditions associated with any case or suspected case of, or the spread of, thedisease known as anterior poliomyelitis or infantile paralysis in this stateand, as far as possible, to aid in the suppression of that disease.
