§ 23-60-8 - Penalty.
SECTION 23-60-8
§ 23-60-8 Penalty. – Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be fined not morethan one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each day that the violation continues orexists shall constitute a separate offense.
