SECTION 23-62-1

   § 23-62-1  Disclosure required. – All retail preparers of food, including but not limited to bakeries andrestaurants, shall make available upon request a list of all preservatives andartificial ingredients added to food prepared on the premises. Excluded fromthese provisions are preservatives and artificial ingredients which areincluded in commercially available products such as dressings and otherproducts used in the preparation of food.
