§ 23-62-2 - Penalties.
SECTION 23-62-2
§ 23-62-2 Penalties. – Any individual(s), corporation, partnership, or other entity who violates theprovisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for eachviolation shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars($1,000).
