SECTION 23-65-13

   § 23-65-13  Penalty for violation. –Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of any of the provisions ofthis chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under this chapter shall bepunished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or byimprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both by fine orimprisonment, and every person shall be deemed guilty of a separate anddistinct offense for each day during which the violation is repeated orcontinued.
