SECTION 23-65-9

   § 23-65-9  Fees. – A fee will be charged to each applicant submitting an application to the board,and shall be of an amount determined by the board to cover the cost of theexamination, but not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), and shall be submittedwith the application form. This fee shall be refundable if the applicant isdeemed by the board not qualified to take the examination but shall otherwisebe nonrefundable. A renewal fee shall be charged to each certificate holder atthe time of renewal. The board shall be responsible for setting this fee whichwill cover only the direct cost of renewal certificate issuance.
