SECTION 23-66-2
§ 23-66-2 Assessment. – Any party or parties wishing to construct and operate a new sewage sludgeincineration facility (hereinafter called the "proponent") shall complete anassessment. The assessment shall comply with the requirements listed withinthis chapter as well as any rules, regulations and/or guidance pertaining tothe assessment issued by the department of environmental management.
