SECTION 23-7-6

   § 23-7-6  Meetings. – The members of the board shall meet initially at the call of the director ofenvironmental management and, at their first meeting, shall elect achairperson, a secretary, and any other officers that they may find necessary.Thereafter, the board shall meet as necessary, but not less than three (3)times per year. All regular board meetings shall be open to the public and allrecords of its proceedings, resolutions, and actions shall be open to publicview.
