SECTION 23-72-5

   § 23-72-5  Penalties. – Whoever violates these sections inclusive or any order, rule or regulationpromulgated or adopted thereto shall be punished by a fine of not less than onethousand dollars ($1,000). This section shall be enforced by the department andmay be enforced by the board of health. The superior court shall havejurisdiction in equity to enforce such rules and regulations and may restrainby injunction any violation thereof.
