SECTION 23-74-6

   § 23-74-6  Evidence in actions. – In any disciplinary action alleging a professional violation of the provisionsof this chapter, a copy of the judgment or proceeding under the seal of thecourt administrator or clerk of the administrative agency that entered thejudgment or proceeding is admissible into evidence without furtherauthentication and constitutes prima facie evidence of its contents.
