SECTION 23-75-4

   § 23-75-4  List of unsafe children'sproducts. – (a) The department of health shall create, maintain, and update a comprehensivelist of children's products that have been identified as meeting any of thecriteria set forth in § 23-75-3.

   (b) The department of health shall make the comprehensivelist available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the Internet, andencourage links.
