   § 23-78.1-7  Patient treatment. – This chapter is not a medical practice guideline and may not be used torestrict the authority of a hospital to provide services for which it hasreceived a license under state law. The general assembly intends that allpatients be treated individually based on each patient's needs andcircumstances.
