SECTION 23-8-7

   § 23-8-7  Violation of quarantine. –Any person who is confined by the director or his or her authorized agent underthe provision of § 23-8-4 and who violates that confinement shall bepunished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonmentfor not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
