SECTION 23-83-6

   § 23-83-6  Hospitals required to facilitatedonations. – Unless it is medically inadvisable, each hospital or other obstetrical facilityin the state shall cooperate with the collection staff of a cord blood bankdesignated by a patient to facilitate the donation of the blood extracted fromthe umbilical cord of the patient's newborn child to a cord blood bank.
