SECTION 23-9-15

   § 23-9-15  Unauthorized departure frominfected vessel. – If any person shall come on shore from on board a vessel as described in thischapter without first obtaining a license, the city or town council mayimmediately send that offender back on board that vessel, or confine him or heron shore in a convenient place that appears to the city or town council mosteffectual to prevent the spreading of any infection; and the offending personshall satisfy and pay all charges that shall arise on the confinement, andshall be fined forty dollars ($40.00).
