SECTION 23-9-2

   § 23-9-2  Publication of city or townquarantine regulations. – The city or town council shall publish in one or more newspapers published inthe state, within or nearest the city or town where the rules and regulationsshall be adopted, at the expense of the city or town, all rules and regulationsmade by it respecting quarantine.
