SECTION 23-9-7
§ 23-9-7 Council order to anchor inquarantine. – The city or town council may order a ship or vessel to be anchored on thequarantine ground, at the expense of the owners, master, or commanding officerof the ship or vessel, to remain there until legally discharged from thequarantine ground.
