SECTION 24-1-10

   § 24-1-10  Consolidation of petitions.– In case two (2) or more petitioners make claim to the same real property, or toany estate or interest therein, or to different estates or interests in thesame real property, the court shall, upon motion, consolidate their severalpetitions for trial at the same time, and may frame all necessary issues forthe trial thereof.
