SECTION 24-10.1-11

   § 24-10.1-11  Agreements with the UnitedStates authorized. – The director of transportation is hereby authorized to enter into agreementswith the United States secretary of commerce as provided by title 23, UnitedStates Code, relating to the control of outdoor advertising in areas adjacentto the interstate and primary systems, including the establishment ofinformation centers at safety rest areas, and to take action in the name of thestate to comply with the terms of such an agreement.
