§ 24-10.1-12 - Severability.
SECTION 24-10.1-12
§ 24-10.1-12 Severability. – If any section, clause, or provision of this chapter shall be held eitherunconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it isnot unconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and effective and noother section, clause or provision shall on account thereof be termed invalidor ineffective.
