§ 24-12-2 - Authority created – Composition.
SECTION 24-12-2
§ 24-12-2 Authority created –Composition. – There is hereby created a body corporate and politic to be known as the "RhodeIsland turnpike and bridge authority." The authority shall consist of five (5)members, including the director of transportation, who shall be a member exofficio, and four (4) members appointed by the governor.
