SECTION 24-12-20

   § 24-12-20  Interim receipts or temporarybonds – Replacement of lost or mutilated bonds – Proceedings requiredby chapter exclusive. – Prior to the preparation of definitive bonds, the authority may, under likerestrictions, issue interim receipts or temporary bonds, with or withoutcoupons, exchangeable for definitive bonds when the bonds shall have beenexecuted and are available for delivery. The authority may also provide for thereplacement of any bonds which shall become mutilated or shall be destroyed orlost. Bonds may be issued under the provisions of this chapter withoutobtaining the consent of any department, division, commission, board, bureau,or agency of the state, and without any other proceedings or the happening ofany other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions or thingswhich are specifically required by this chapter.
