§ 24-12-33 - Negotiability of bonds.
SECTION 24-12-33
§ 24-12-33 Negotiability of bonds. –Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter or any recitalsin any bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter, all bonds shall bedeemed to be negotiable instruments under the laws of this state.
