SECTION 24-12-44

   § 24-12-44  Construction of connectinghighways. – As the construction of a highway from a point at or near the Kingstoninterchange on state route 3 (the same being interstate route 95) to a point ator near the Jamestown Bridge is necessary to effectuate the powers granted bythis chapter, the general assembly shall appropriate the sum or sums as it maydeem necessary to provide for the construction of the highway before theopening for traffic of the Newport Bridge.
