§ 24-15-5 Joint jurisdiction of highways.– Highways under the joint jurisdiction of two (2) or more municipalities may notbe designated scenic highways or be withdrawn from the scenic highway systemuntil after approval by the governing bodies of all affected municipalities andthe board.
