SECTION 24-2-10

   § 24-2-10  Liability of town formaintenance of highways. – Nothing contained in § 24-2-9 shall be so construed as to render any townliable for the mending and repairing of any highway, unless the highway shallhave been declared to be a public highway by the town council of the townwherein it lies.
