SECTION 24-3-11

   § 24-3-11  Confirmation of reports. –The town council or city council, after the election to make improvements, asprovided in § 24-3-9, shall confirm the report of the commissioners to allpersons who have not given notice of their intention to claim a jury trial asprovided in § 24-3-8, and shall finally confirm the report, as to thosepersons who shall have claimed a trial by jury, in accordance with the verdictsrendered, or in accordance with such other disposition as shall have been madeof the claims for a jury trial; and the report, so confirmed, shall be finaland conclusive upon the parties.
