SECTION 24-3-19
§ 24-3-19 Notice of report on definitionof grade. – The town council thereupon shall cause such notice as the council may deem bestto be given to all the owners of land abutting on the street or way, to appearbefore the council at the time named in the notice, if they shall see fit, andbe heard for or against receiving the report.
