§ 24-3-24 - Establishment and curbing of sidewalks.
SECTION 24-3-24
§ 24-3-24 Establishment and curbing ofsidewalks. – Whenever any highway is graded, or the grade thereof is changed, the towncouncil may order sidewalks therein to be established, and the sidewalks to becurbed, upon like notice to the abutting proprietors of lands as provided in§ 24-3-23.
