SECTION 24-3-25
§ 24-3-25 Liability for cost of curbs.– Whenever any highway shall be graded, and sidewalks established therein, andthe sidewalks shall be ordered to be curbed as provided in § 24-3-24, theowners of land abutting on the sidewalks shall pay the cost of the curbstonesto be set against their respective lands.
