SECTION 24-3-28

   § 24-3-28  Appeal of appraisals andassessments. – Every person having been notified as provided in § 24-3-23, and havingobjected in writing to the action of the town council, on or before the dayspecified in the notice, who shall be aggrieved by any appraisal of damagesmade by any town council under the provisions of § 24-3-27, or who shallbe aggrieved by the assessment of any curbstone tax ordered as is provided in§ 24-3-25, may appeal therefrom according to the provisions of law withreference to appeals from town councils.
