SECTION 24-3-7

   § 24-3-7  Publication and posting ofnotices. – The notice required by §§ 24-3-3 – 24-3-6 in addition to thepersonal notice, shall be given by publishing the notice once a week for two(2) succeeding weeks in at least two (2) newspapers such as the town council orcity council may order; and they shall also cause three (3) or more copies ofthe notice to be posted in conspicuous public places on or near the place wherethe proposed improvements are to be made; provided, however, that the firstpublication of the notice required by § 24-3-6 shall be made withinfourteen (14) days after the filing of the report.
