SECTION 24-5-12
§ 24-5-12 Fine for neglect to keephighways in repair. – Every town which shall neglect to keep in good repair its highways and bridgesshall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundreddollars ($500), and execution shall issue therefor against the town.
