SECTION 24-5-28

   § 24-5-28  Determination of places whereguideposts necessary. – The several town councils shall, at their meeting held next after the first dayof October in each year, determine the corners and angles of all roads withintheir respective towns at which it shall be necessary to erect and maintainguideposts, and shall keep a record of their decision among the records oftheir proceedings.
