SECTION 24-5-29
§ 24-5-29 Failure to determine places forguideposts. – Every town council which shall, at their meeting held next after the first dayof October in any year, neglect or refuse to determine upon proper places atwhich guideposts shall be erected and maintained, shall be fined five dollars($5.00) for every month they shall so neglect or refuse.
