   § 24-5-32  Penalty for failure to maintainguideposts. – Every town which shall neglect or refuse to keep, at all times, guidepostserected and maintained at the places and in the manner above prescribed, shallbe fined three dollars ($3.00) for every month it shall so neglect or refuse.
