SECTION 24-5-33

   § 24-5-33  Injury to guideposts. – Every person who shall injure, mar or deface any guidepost or its substitute,agreed upon as provided in § 24-5-31, or board which shall be set up as isprovided by this chapter, shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00)nor less than five dollars ($5.00) to the use of the town.
