SECTION 24-8-1.7

   § 24-8-1.7  Rules and regulations. –The director of transportation is hereby authorized to adopt and enforce suchrules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of thischapter and § 43-3-17, to establish and adopt a pavement managementprogram, and to enforce the provisions thereof.
