SECTION 24-8-27

   § 24-8-27  "Bridge" defined –Responsibility for smaller structures. – The word "bridge" as used in this chapter shall be any structure not less thanfive feet (5') in width. Any structure less than five feet (5') in width lyingin any highway now being or hereafter becoming a part of the state highwaysystem shall be constructed, repaired or reconstructed at the expense of thestate.
