§ 24-9-2 - Emergency account established.
SECTION 24-9-2
§ 24-9-2 Emergency account established.– There is hereby established a special account to be known as the stormemergency account. The governor may from time to time in the event of anyemergency, within the purview of this chapter, allocate funds to the account,which shall be available for expenditure in accordance with the provisions ofthis chapter.
