§ 25-2-36 Rhode IslandSpeech-Language-Hearing Awareness Week. – The first week of May in each year is designated as "Rhode IslandSpeech-Language-Hearing Awareness Week." The week is to be observed by thepeople of this state with appropriate exercises in public places.
