SECTION 25-3-8

   § 25-3-8  Penalty for violations. –Any employer convicted of violating the provisions of § 25-3-2 shall bepunished by a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each employee involvedand each separate offense committed, but in no event shall the fine be lessthan two hundred dollars ($200).
